Backstory:
'Bliss’ fiber art tapestry is a stunning piece made after Smith Mountain Lake in Virginia, USA. This fiber art depicts a colorful mountain range, striking sunrise, and a dreamy teal-blue painted sky and lake with reflection below.
I used a vivid shading technique to represent the distance of the mountain ranges reflected into the water. The sky features a gradient teal to blue with the focal point being the lovely orange + yellow sunrise/sunset and it's reflection in the water. The bottom of the piece is painted as well as hand dyed in an ombre deep turqouise.
This tapestry is a unique art piece that can make a beautiful addition to your mountain decor or for any nature lover.
